CNC Machining
Our CNC machining centers make minimum machining time possible. They feature plus or minus .0004" positioning accuracy on X,Y,Z A & B axes, linear, circular and helical interpolation. For quicker production and to maintain your close tolerances on long runs, we use a 150 HP centerless bar grinder that's laser controlled. The laser continually measures the bar exiting the grinding wheel, and can grind bars up to 13" diameter and 40' in length. We also have smaller centerless grinders for thru-feed and in-feed work.
