Inventoried catalog ball screws are available in Grades 3, 5 and 7 in ground product. Grades 5, 7 and 10 are available in precision rolled product. All the ball screws in inventory can be readily machined to meet any customer's specific end requirement and flange hole pattern. This means that the end user of Heli-tek products can literally take the ball screw from the crate and immediately assemble it into their linear motion or power transmission product. However, any customer that wishes to do their own end machining is welcome to buy the ball screw with plain ends. Heli-tek Ground Balls Screw feature Korta, s.a. which is located in Zumaia, Spain. Korta offers an extensive collection of ISO-3408 ball screws that are tooled and ready for manufacture. The standard catalog sizes are metric and the inventoried sizes are available in both Grade 3 and 5. Korta ground ball screws are known and respected through out the world. In fact Korta quality is so much admired in some cases they supply product machine tool countries that also have a large domestic source of ball screws. If your power transmission or linear motion application calls for a ground ball screw you cannot go wrong specifying Korta product. All the rolled ball screws are compliant to ISO 3408, Grades 5, 7 or 10. Rolled ball screws come in metric and inch leads. All the rolled ball screws cataloged are stocked inventory items. Standard catalog product can be cut to length and shipped with or without end machining to meet your power transmission or linear motion requirement. All the ball nuts on Grade 5 and 7 ball screws assemblies have ground internal threads, which enhances the smoothness of operation. Rolled Miniature Ball Screws are available in metric leads. To be considered a miniature ball screw your power transmission requirement will call for a ball screw smaller than 16mm in diameter or a lead of less than 5mm. Typically the end machining on miniature ball screw is very unique to the end user requirements. Heli-tek can supply miniature ball screw with or without end machining.
